Okay, its time to make your inquiry! I, Ray, will try to return email within 12 hours.

We need the following info when you inquire.

1. Your name and name of spouse (fiancé)

2. Your email address (es)

3. Telephone number, home and/or cell phone.

4.      Arrival date   (usually arrival is after 3pm if we have someone checking out that same morning)

5.      Departure date   (please don't say "Jan 1 thru 5". What is the actual date of checkout?)

         (usually checkout is by 11am if we have someone arriving that same afternoon)

6.      Number of 'adults' (14 years of age or older)

7.      Children under 14.

           If you have more than one family or groupings, please list your families and ages of children, so I can make recommendations.

8.    If your booking is within 3 weeks, we will use credit card invoice for your payment

and I will email invoice to you after we correspond.

For all others, there is a choice.   You can pay with credit card for deposit and/or balance

if willing to use an online credit card invoice and spend an extra ~3.5% service fee , OR you can send payments with personal check in mail.            The question is, which do you prefer?

Aloha Sweet Seclusion Seasonal Rates Summary

The minimum stay is four nights, unless you can book back to back with another booking. Christmas season is 6 night minimum booking unless back to back. We also give 10% discount to returning guests, single travelers traveling alone, and honeymoon couples both under 25 (who are going to pay sorely for car rental).

The prices below include all state taxes (11.25%) and cleaning fee ($85) and are for 2 adults & children under 14 free.   For one or two extra 'big people', (anyone 14 or older) please add $15/night. For 3 or more extra 'big people' in one unit, add $25/night.   Five is maximum per unit. "Grand total" means no other fees. Remember if paying with credit card, there will be additional 3.5% fee.
