Moon Full Kitchen with Private Master Bedroom, twice as large as other spaces but no tub. Photos below. I couldn't think of a name for it but there was a full moon so...
The Central area Moon is usually rented last after others are filled. Moon area is reserved for 1. One or two Single Travelers or Quiet Couples who understand that it is possible to be loud enough so that neighboring guests could hear you. This applies to TV, early morning heavy kitchen sounds, and basically loud voices. Lets say 95% of people are quiet, but 5% for whatever reasons are loud and if you happen to be loud type, it just won't work. The house is sound proofed, but we share a floor and most windows are open year round, so sounds can carry. Not available to families with children. 2. If a family wants to rent both Central and Dawn Studio, this can work. 3. If a large group wanted to rent all three spaces, ie whole house. This central part of house has private entrance, full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, large living room and large curved lanai, seperate bedroom and fold out couch. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, and bathroom with round shower shown below. Moon has is no tub. The price is same as other spaces. All Year (except Slow Season Nov 1- Dec 21) Rate is $1070 /week couple. $125+ $15 tax per night + $85 out clean fee. Four night minimum unless your booking is back to back with exisiting booking. Grand totals... One night/$220, 2 nights/ $360, 3 nights/ $510, 4nt./ $650, 5nt./ $790, 6nt./ $930, 7nt./ $1070, 8nt./ $1210, 9nt./ $1350, 10 nt./ $1490, 11 nt/$1630, 12 nt./ $1770, 13 nt./ $1910, 14nt./ $2030 Summer rates Slow Season Nov 1 - Dec 21 except Thanksgiving weekend, rate is $850/week grand total or $99 + $11 (12.25% transient accommodation tax) tax/night + $85 out-cleaning ...... 4 night minimum unless your booking is back to back with existing booking.
